The 7 Day Rain Guarantee works like this. If it should rain within 7 days of Purefection Window Cleaning performing cleaning services and spotting appears, we will return to touch-up the affected windows.
For most homes, a Spring and Fall cleaning works well. (We do offer a Residential Route Program for the homeowner as well.) Businesses tend to be weekly to bi-weekly depending on traffic and area surroundings. Main road businesses tend to have more frequent road dust build up that may require more frequent cleanings.
Residential Route allows the homeowner to pick out 6-10 of the windows in need of more frequent cleaning. We can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the homeowner's needs. This allows those areas to stay clean and bright.
Storm windows cost more because of the time required to properly clean them. Storm windows are windows that are mounted outside or inside of the main glass windows of a house. They also may have a screen incorporated for the summer months. For the window cleaner, this means they are cleaning four windows and one screen. The amount of time for the removal and reinstallation of each of these complete window setups is three-four times longer than a standard double-hung window.
